3 Month Program
This 3-month 1-on-1 fitness and health coaching program is designed to help you achieve sustainable lifestyle changes through personalized support. You'll receive a customized fitness plan tailored to your goals, whether it's weight loss, building strength, or boosting energy, with workouts that fit your schedule and lifestyle. Weekly check-ins will track progress, celebrate wins, and adjust plans as needed, while direct messaging support ensures accountability and motivation every step of the way. This program is not just about short-term results—it’s about empowering you to feel your best inside and out.

What You’ll Get:
Custom Workout Program
Your workout program will be divided up into 3 parts. You will receive each phase at the start of each month on the app. There you will find workout demonstration videos, as well as reps, sets, etc.
Personalized Nutrition Guide
On the app you will receive your personalized macros as well as an example meal plan and recipe ideas.
Ongoing Support
You will receive an initial client discovery call before you begin your program as well as 2 more check in calls at the beginning of each month. You will also have access to me 24/7 via the app.
How It Works:
Step 1: Submit Payment & Onboarding Forms
After deciding to move forward, you'll choose a payment option to secure your spot and make your first payment or pay in full. Once that's done, you'll receive onboarding forms that need to be completed before I can begin creating your personalized program.
Step 2: Discovery Call
After you reserve your spot and submit your forms and payment we will schedule your discovery call. On this call we will connect and it will give me the chance to learn more about you and how I can best help you.
Step 3: Receive 1st Program & Start Planning
You’ll receive the first of your program to get started within 1 week of having the discovery call.
Step 4: Consistency & Check Ins
Stick to the program and stay connected with your coach! We’ll have weekly check-ins and a monthly video call to review your progress, assess where you are, and make any necessary adjustments to your plan or habits.
